Studio Cigg × Tammys Keramik


Vernissage(?) at Bar Minami, Varberg

Studio Cigg and Tammys Keramik are getting together for a small exhibition in Varberg.

The exhibition takes place at Bar Minami, Skeppsgatan 8, Varberg.

Open, Friday, and tomorrow, Saturday, from around 17:00–21:00.

And yes, it’s a bar. So there’s no need to behave like you’re entering a gallery. Drift in, have a look at what we’ve made, drink a beer, stay for five minutes or stay for a while.

On display will be a selection of objects from both studios, alongside a new and rather unique collaboration between Tammy and Studio Cigg. The collaborative pieces will be available to see — and buy — at the vernissage.

If anything survives the evening, a small window to buy the remaining pieces will open here in webshop on Saturday 8/8.

HOG

A large pot. A pig’s snout. Four hooves. Somehow, it all made sense in the end.

Tammy’s fantastic Pottery and glazing met Studio Cigg’s endless confusion — and somewhere along the way, Hog appeared.

Part vessel, part pig, part something we’re still not entirely sure about.

A strange and unique creature. And quite possibly exactly what the world was missing.
