PRICES AND FEES

Current prices are stated when ordering. Studio Cigg AB reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice.

COMPLAINTS AND RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If an incorrect or defective product has been delivered, or if the shipment has been lost during transport, you must complain in writing to @studio.cigg on instagram or contact form on the website, which then handles the complaint. If you notice that the packaging is damaged when you receive the item, ask the shipping company that delivered the item to you to make a note of this. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the error or deficiency was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints must state the type of fault. Keep the original carton and packaging, as compensation for shipping damage will not be given if these are missing.

CHANGE OF TERMS

After you have placed your order, Studio C AB does not have the right to change the conditions for the current order.

Studio Cigg is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Studio Cigg's control or otherwise beyond Studio Cigg's control, e.g. strike, war, extreme weather conditions, terrorist attacks as well as extensive technical problems such as failures in electrical/telecommunications/data connections or other communications as well as failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances specified here.
